Refund & Return Policy
We want you to feel confident trying Aura Elixier™.

Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Try-On Policy (Hygiene / Fragrance Use)
You may test the fragrance with one or two sprays.
Returns of products that are heavily used, damaged, or returned after 30 days may be refused and sent back.

How To Start a Return
Email us at info@auraelixier.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo(s) if the product arrived damaged

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.

Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, tell us in your email and we’ll help you with the quickest option.

Damaged / Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
